Justice Rodolfo G. Palattao

Retired Justice Rodolfo G. Palattao, founder of the Law Office, has served the Judiciary for more than 20 years. He was appointed as a Regional Trial Court Judge in Lucena City and was reassigned to the City of Manila in 1990. He was promoted to the Sandiganbayan in 1998 and served until 2003. While in government service, he discovered his passion for teaching. He was a law professor, a bar reviewer and a bar examiner in criminal law in 2008. He is also the author of the book Criminal Law Made Easy Book I and II. He graduated law from the University of East Law School and became a member of the Bar in 1965.

Atty. Rodolfo John Paul C. Palattao III is a graduate of AB Legal Management and finished his law studies at University of the East. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2006. He took his masters in maritime affairs specializing in maritime law and policy in World Maritime University in Sweden. He was a Legal Researcher in the Sandiganbayan and a Director at Department of Transportation and Communication. He specializes in Corporation law, Litigation and Maritime Law.

Atty. Melvin Cydrick M. Bughao finished his undergraduate studies at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños and graduated law as the first in his class at the University of the East. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009. He was previously employed at the University of the Philippines, Department of Social Sciences and Department of Transportation and Communication. He specializes in Litigation, Family Law and Data Privacy.

Atty. Rodolfo John Robert C. Palattao IV finished his undergraduate studies at Ateneo De Manila University. He finished law school and masters in business administration at De La Salle University - Far Eastern University MBA-JD program. After internships with Fortun, Narvasa & Salazar Law Firm and the Intellectual Property Office, he was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2012. He specializes in Intellectual Property: Art Law, Corporate and Commercial Law. He is currently on leave.

Carissa Trina M. Lagman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy at the University of the Philippines. She is currently enrolled at the New Era University College of Law. She is a licensed real estate broker, and before joining the law office, she worked in Sandiganbayan, Philippine Senate and Unibersidad de Manila under Ret. Justice Rodolfo G. Palattao.

Mr. Fernando Marasigan Delgra Jr.

Fernando Marasigan Delgra Jr. graduated with honors from the Technological University of the Philippines and passed the licensure examination for teachers in 2002. He has a masters degree in Management at Technological University of the Philippines and earned units at New Era University Law School. Before joining the law office, he previously worked at W. Brown Company, Philippine Red Cross, St. Peter Christian School and Central Institute of Technology.
