Atty. Ed Warren L. Balauag graduated college from De La Salle  University. He finished law school and masters in business administration at De La Salle University – Far Eastern University MBA-JD program. He was a legal intern at Romulo Mabanta Buenaventura Sayoc & De los Angeles and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has diverse experience in taxation as he started  his career at P&A Grant Thornton in 2012. He is exposed to a variety of engagements, including tax assessments, securing tax clearances and BIR rulings, and registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, and other government agencies.
